Driven by the spirit of craftsmanship, Riceky overcame the limitations of local resources through relentless experimentation and dedication, ultimately distilling a unique flavor that captures the essence of Taiwanese rice.

Produced at Top Distillery in Yunlin, Riceky is born of a commitment to sustainability and small-scale, eco-friendly farming. We select only the finest local rice and use pure spring water from the Alishan mountain range — water formed through years of natural condensation and accumulation.
Grounded in traditional brewing expertise, every drop of Riceky is made with pure distillation at its core. No additives, no shortcuts — just whisky in its most authentic form.
We use non-chill filtration and small-batch, handcrafted production methods. After triple distillation, the spirit is patiently aged, allowing its natural character to shine through.
Bottled in its raw, original flavor, Riceky is not just a whisky — it’s a true expression of Taiwan’s land, spirit, and identity.

Our whisky is crafted from the finest locally grown rice, carefully selected for its quality, and pure spring water drawn from the Alishan Mountains near our distillery — water formed over time through natural accumulation.
